Abra is seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycles
  • Oversee customer communication and expectations
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project specification documents
  • Conduct quality assurance of implementation outputs
  • Provide matrix management for implementation team
  • Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate complex data migration efforts
  • Develop strategic project management approaches

Required Skills:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a preference for candidates with a background in Salesforce implementation.
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or any relevant related field - nice to have
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Exceptional team collaboration capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications
  • Knowledge of integration development
