אנחנו מחפשים מנהל/ת פרויקטים מצטיין/ת שיצטרף/תצטרף לצוות תשתיות ה-Data Center שלנו ויוביל/תוביל פרויקטים מורכבים מתחילתם ועד סופם. התפקיד כולל תכנון, תיאום וביצוע פרויקטי תשתיות קריטיים, עבודה שוטפת עם ממשקים חוצי ארגון, ניהול לוחות זמנים ותלויות, והבטחת הצלחת הפרויקטים משלב האפיון ועד ההטמעה בפועל.

  • אחריות כוללת על תכנון והובלת פרויקטי תשתיות קריטיים בסביבת Data Center
  • איסוף דרישות, הגדרת סדרי עדיפויות ובניית תכניות עבודה
  • ניהול סיכונים, מעקב אחרי תלויות ולוחות זמנים
  • שיפור תהליכי עבודה, אוטומציה ודיווחי סטטוס
  • הצגת סטטוס עדכני בפני גורמים טכניים והנהלה בכירה

  • יכולת להפוך מטרות אסטרטגיות לתכניות פרויקט אופרטיביות וברורות
  • ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים חוצי ארגון בסביבות טכנולוגיות מורכבות
  • הבנה עמוקה של עקרונות תשתיות הנדסה ו-SDLC
  • היכרות עם תשתיות Data Center ויכולת ניהול מספר משימות במקביל
  • תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל / מדעי המחשב או ניסיון מקביל רלוונטי
  • כישורי תקשורת גבוהים בכתב ובע"פ
