maternity leave replacement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from ideation to final implementation.
  • Own both the functional and visual aspects of product design, creating intuitive solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that reflect the Vee brand and support our product vision.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate on design solutions and optimize the user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products and reflects our brand's values and user-centric focus.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (web and mobile), highlighting intuitive and streamlined UX/UI designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and user testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • A passion for design and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
