We are looking for an experienced DevOps SRE Tech Lead to guide and mentor a team
of
8 DevOps engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical leadership, design, and implementation of
SRE monitoring infrastructure
across
Cloud and On-Premises
environments.

You will work with modern technologies and be a key contributor in shaping scalable, resilient, and secure systems that support mission-critical operations.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the technical direction and daily operations of a DevOps/SRE team of approximately eight engineers
  • Architect, develop, and maintain SRE monitoring infrastructure for both Cloud and On-Prem environments
  • Implement, optimize, and uphold CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable delivery
  • Drive Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform, CDK, or equivalent tools
  • Work across Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud environments
  • Utilize and enhance observability tools such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry
  • Collaborate with R&D, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE experience
  • Strong expertise with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or similar)
  • Experience working with Azure, GCP, or AWS
