We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and community-oriented
Social Media Manager
to lead our online presence across platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of how to craft engaging content, build communities, and leverage social media to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. If you have a passion for storytelling, digital trends, and gaming – this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, etc.).
  • Manage daily content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, content, product, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry and social media trends, including gaming communities and influencer marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online communities, content creators, and influencers.
  • Manage paid campaigns and partnerships where relevant.
  • Ensure the brand voice and tone remain consistent across all channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels and engagement.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills (video, visual, copy).
  • Experience with analytics and social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming, online communities, and interactive entertainment.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
