What part will you play?

• In your role as PO within a fast-paced Generative AI team you act as an advocate for a development team translating global product strategy, customer requirements and cross-team needs into day-to-day backlog ensuring the development team delivers the right things (what & why)
• You own and drive the product roadmap for developer experience and customer-facing components
• Define and prioritize features for API usability, SDK improvements, and application UI/UX
• Lead the development of comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and how-to guides
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points in their journey around customizing their GenAI models
• Serve as the first user of new API features and provide feedback to the development team
• Create and maintain customer onboarding journeys and success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure API design meets customer needs
• Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and usage analytics

What You Need To Make Real What Matters

• 5+ years of product management / -ownership experience, preferably in developer tools or AI/ML products, ideally in industrial applications
• Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, SDKs, and software development principles
• Experience with developer documentation and technical content creation
• Proven track record of improving developer experience and customer success metrics
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and applications
• Previous experience with developer advocacy or developer relations
• Knowledge of industrial automation or manufacturing processes
• Experience with user research and UX design principles
• High degree of creativity, open-mind, and self-initiative as well as fluency in English
