SAP Implementation Project Manager – Logistics Center

Tnuva is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP system in our central logistics hub (Marlog). This is a strategic role at the heart of our supply chain operations, combining project leadership, change management, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP implementation project in the logistics center, from design and specification to go-live.
  • Manage steering committees and report progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive change management and embed new work processes and routines.
  • Train and support managers and employees in adopting the new system.
  • Build project work plans, monitor progress, ensure timelines are met, and manage risks and resources.
  • Work closely with multiple interfaces, including Finance, IT, and Supply Chain/Logistics HQ.
  • Serve as a member of the logistics center's management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred) – required; Master's degree – advantage.
  • Proven managerial experience – required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics / industrial operations / project management – required.
  • Strong command of MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP (EMW – advantage).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage, and drive teams and cross-functional partners.
  • High analytical capabilities and business process orientation.
  • Experience in project monitoring and control within an industrial/manufacturing organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead organizational change.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
