We are Looking for
Digital Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team, based in Netanya, IL. You will be designing and building premium advertising creatives for the biggest brands both locally and in the world, visible on world's largest digital publishers on mobile and Connected TV

A day in the life

• Create compelling, immersive interactive video & display ads for our clients, based on briefs outlined by the client;
• Generate original and exciting new ideas for new or ongoing projects;
• Creating custom solutions for client requirements;
• Design materials true to brand identity and style guidelines;
• Build prototypes and demos for new or existing products;
• Run projects from start to finish;
• Work closely with members of all departments, primarily Sales and Ad Operations, to gather project specs and deployment procedures;
• Innovate and deliver new solutions for our ad type portfolio - Mobile, Desktop, CTV

*What You'll Bring*

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably for Digital Media;
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator in particular);
• Advanced skills in video editing software - After Effects/ Premier / FCP/ Avid/ in addition to experience with Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management and communicate transparently with internal and external teams;
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills;
• Ability to present to clients and media agencies;
• Team player;
• Demonstrable interest in the field of marketing and advertising, especially in digital;
• High level of motivation and initiative;
• Creative thinker; Organised;
• Willingness to learn;
• Additional language skills are a benefit;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

*Non Essential But Desirable*

• Basic knowledge of web development - HTML/CSS/Javascript;
• 3D design skills
