In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The Google Notifications Team (GaNT) makes it easy for first-party apps to acquire, engage, retain, and ultimately delight our users. Our Mission is to deliver the best of Google's products to our users by enabling high-quality notifications and driving growth across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential optimization projects to enhance Google notifications campaign and abilities utilizing the in-place historical data sets. That requires massive work with datasets, understanding their potential value given users needs and moving from ideation to product (0->1).
  • Lead product area on the Google notifications platform, working in collaboration with different Google products.
  • Set product area strategy and develop a strong point of view in partnership with Engineering, Data Science and cross-functional leads.
  • Work closely with different Google Product Areas to understand their notifications optimization needs and directions and understand potential paths for growth across Google.
