We're Hiring: PostgreSQL & Oracle DBA | Defense Tech | Holon

A leading defense technology company, is looking for a
PostgreSQL & Oracle DBA
to join our software division and play a key role in mission-critical defense systems.

As part of a professional engineering team working on large-scale, real-time defense projects (in collaboration with one of Israel's major defense leaders), you'll take ownership of database management, maintenance, and performance optimization in a dynamic and meaningful environment.

What you'll do:

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade
  Oracle
  and
  PostgreSQL
  databases.
• Support software development teams with DB expertise and best practices.
• Design, implement, and tune database partitions, queries, and scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure reliability and performance.
• Occasionally visit additional operational sites across Israel.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years
  of hands-on experience with
  Oracle (v12+)
  .
• 3+ years
  working with
  PostgreSQL
  , including DB partitions.
• Strong SQL, SQLPlus, and Linux scripting skills.
• Experience in
  Linux environments
  – advantage.
• Active security clearance –
  strong advantage
