What will you be doing :

  • Provide ongoing legal counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial issues, including negotiation of agreements with third parties such as clients, business partners, suppliers, and vendors
  • Executing the company's policies and legal standings
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on information technology, commercial law, and regulatory matters
  • Offer internal legal support to various teams within the organization
  • Collaborate with external counsels (both in Israel and internationally) to provide legal advice
  • Maintain and update existing templates and contracting processes.
  • Design, build, and improve legal department processes.
  • Advise on compliance issues, including global privacy issues and regulations.
  • Handle and assist in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time.
  • Ability to address complex legal and commercial matters.

Requirements:

  • An Israeli licensed lawyer
  • 4-5 years of experience as in-house counsel for a hi-tech company, a reputable law firm, or other tech-related legal roles
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting commercial agreements, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements independently
  • Passion for learning and researching emerging legal aspects
  • Collaborative team player committed to quality work and client satisfaction
  • A certified lawyer with LLB degree in law
  • Experience in contracts, licensing and privacy matters
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent English
