Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Garden Worker role located in Kiryat Gat. The Garden Worker will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day cultivation tasks, including planting, watering, trimming, and monitoring plant health. Responsibilities also include adhering to the specific care programs for different strains, maintaining environmental standards, supporting pest and disease prevention measures, and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the facility. The position requires maintaining a safe and efficient work environment alongside a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plant care practices, including planting, watering, and trimming
• Experience with pest control, plant disease management, or biological control methods is a plus
• Ability to work with advanced cultivation technologies, including LED lighting and climate control systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow specific care instructions
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in agriculture, botany, or horticulture is an advantage
• Passion for sustainable and innovative cultivation methods
