Position Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll design and implement core components of our platform, from intuitive frontends to robust backend services. You will be responsible for crafting well-structured APIs, building scalable data schemas, and integrating advanced AI workflows. This role is perfect for someone eager to work across the stack and contribute to both the technical and product direction of a fast-scaling company. We are looking for someone who takes ownership end-to-end, thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly with cross-functional teams, and balances proven engineering patterns with innovative approaches.

What you should bring

Must Have

● 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience

● Deep understanding of software design & architecture (scalability, maintainability)

● Strong skills in designing APIs and data schemas (effi ciency, clarity, extensibility)

● Frontend: , React, TailwindCSS, , TypeScript

● Backend: Python (core services & AI orchestration)

● Databases: MongoDB (primary)

Good to Have

● Experience with agentic architectures and frameworks (e.g. LangChain).

● Experience with RAG systems and frameworks (e.g. LlamaIndex): ingestion pipelines, vector stores, embeddings, retrieval optimization, ranking

● Familiarity with voice technologies (ASR/TTS)

● Familiarity with Redis (for caching)

● Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Run, IAM, VPC, networking (URL Maps, Serverless NEGs, Backend Services, Forwarding Rules), SSL/TLS configuration

● Familiarity with Communication protocols as SSL, WebSockets, TCP

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with guardrails frameworks & products: Deepchecks, Model Armor

● Exposure to emerging AI tooling: MCP (Model Context Protocol), semantic caching frameworks, advanced agent toolkits

● Experience with Kubernetes (cluster management, deployment)

● Experience with Docker (Hub, build & push workflows)

● CI/CD pipeline experience
