Legal Consuel

As part of our company's continuous growth, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated and business-oriented lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment. The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support across departments, guide corporate processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (distribution, supply, partnership, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with securities laws and stock exchange regulations
• Support corporate governance activities, including Board and shareholders' meetings
• Coordinate work with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities
• Develop and implement internal compliance and risk management policies

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate and commercial law
• Proven experience with public company operations- MUST
• Strong knowledge of corporate and securities law
• Excellent English (written and spoken) – essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent human relations
• Business-oriented mindset and proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
