Mission
Own end-to-end revenue generation for an AI video analytics platform by building pipeline, running technical sales, closing complex deals, and creating partners-led distribution.
This is a field-first role for someone who invents the route, not follows a playbook.
What you'll own
· Full-cycle enterprise sales: target accounts, outbound, discovery, multi-threading, pilots, negotiation, close
· Customer demos – daily sales calls/demos and follow-up management
· Sales assets: decks, study-cases, account-specific proposals, basic technical diagrams
· Partnerships: recruit, manage and co-sell with partners and system integrators
· Product loop: tight feedback with Product and R&D, translate field needs into requirements and priorities
· Closing motion: on-site meetings, pilot design with success metrics, references, expansion plans
Who you are
· Pathfinder mentality: hunter + closer + operator, comfortable in ambiguity, relentless follow-through
· Field-native: willing to fly, be on-site, and win where the customers (and cameras) are
· Trust-first seller: technically honest, strong at objections, builds long-term credibility and relationship-builder
· Close at all cost mentality.
Must-have background
· Proven enterprise sales wins in one or more: video analytics, physical security tech, VMS ecosystem, computer vision, safety analytics
· Deep domain fluency: cameras/NVR/VMS, SOC workflows, incident investigations, false-alarm economics
· A decent IT foundation: networks/bandwidth, storage/retention, RBAC/SSO, integrations, security reviews
· Experience working with system integrators or channel/reseller motions
· Huge bonus – an early network of connections in this world from your previous experience.
Nice-to-have
· Engineering or technical pre-sales depth (CV/ML awareness, edge deployments, hybrid architectures)
· Existing relationships across SIs, security leaders, and physical security consultants
Success looks like (first 6 months)
· Repeatable pipeline creation (direct + SI sourced)
· Multiple pilots designed to convert, with clear success metrics
· Closed lighthouse deals with expansion paths (sites, cameras, analytics packages)
· Partner co-sell motion active with 2-3 SIs
Not a fit if
· You need a mature SDR machine and perfect marketing to sell
· You avoid travel, site reality, or technical evaluation ownership
· You are a "process-only" sales leader without hands-on closing ability
· Not familiar/feels uncomfortable with a hyper-fast growing startup enviroment
Compensation
· Periodic and per-deal bonuses from large scale deals
· Equity compensation with expansion options based on performance
