Job Description:

Established and productive individual contributor in a scientific/technology field. Applies technical knowledge to complete tasks on electrical design and engineering projects that advance organizational strategies. Under limited supervision, assists with project development, design controls and design verification testing.
Manages assigned tasks to actualize scope of work and execution plans for electrical design and engineering projects.
Completes project tasks to the estimated effort and duration and communicates completeness, schedule conflicts, and resource needs to the project manager.
Collaborates with the project team in addressing technical problems, design conflicts, risks, and testing issues.
Participates in project documentation and summarizes status reports to management for review and follow-up.
Attends to and documents quality control issues in compliance with organizational production and design standards.
Identifies and escalates to management, opportunities to improve project planning, reviews, and execution.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
