We are seeking a seasoned
HR Business Partner Manager
to lead HR partnering for our rapidly growing Harmony SASE organization.

Harmony SASE is a fast-growing R&D organization that originated from an acquired startup and continues to operate with a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset, while scaling within a global enterprise. The team is building a cloud-native, high-scale security platform that enables secure connectivity for today's distributed workforce.

This is a highly strategic role, focused on driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and cultural alignment, in close partnership with local leadership and global HR teams.

The HRBP Manager will play a critical role in shaping organizational growth, strengthening leadership capacity, and ensuring that our people strategy enables innovation and business success in a dynamic, global environment.

*This is a fixed-term, position to cover an MLA leave, with a potential option for extension.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to local and global leadership, shaping people strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise leaders across geographies on talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead core HR processes including performance management, compensation, onboarding, and career development.
  • Drive organizational development and change initiatives in a fast-growing, global environment.
  • Coach managers to build strong leadership capabilities and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Partner closely with global HR and Centers of Excellence to translate corporate strategy into effective local execution.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations while delivering a consistent, high-quality global employee experience.

Your Knowledge & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HRBP Manager in high-tech, product-driven organizations (strong preference for product companies).
  • Proven experience supporting R&D teams.
  • Experience working within global organizations as part of a global HR function.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders with confidence and diplomacy.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and HR market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with global HR partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, including
    fluency in English (written and verbal)
    .
  • Strong business acumen, including experience supporting new site ramp-ups.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and data-driven decision making.
