Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Senior Manager, Engineering
to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation while managing a team of engineers to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept design and feasibility studies to implementation and commissioning.
  • Develop and execute strategic engineering plans to support long-term organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Development to achieve project success.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new technologies across engineering functions.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff to enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Analyze technical challenges and provide solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Prepare reports, technical documentation, and performance reviews for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 10–12 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering or capital projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in engineering design tools, project management software, and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technology-based environments.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and automation in engineering processes.
