We are seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Team Manager to join our dynamic Foil Resistors sales team. In this strategic role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Semiconductor, Fiber Optics, Industrial Automation and Electric Vehicle Battery industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to capture new business and expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs and emerging accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions and onboard strategic clients.
  • Analyze market trends to advise leadership on new product opportunities.
  • Own annual sales budgets, quarterly forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure multi-year agreements with global clients.
  • Inspire, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales and customer service team.

10+ years of senior-level sales experience, preferably in technical or precision products.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

Exceptional negotiation skills with experience closing multi-year deals with OEMs.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the presence to influence at all levels.

  • Salary range $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus
  • Preference in Residency in: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Raleigh

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual's unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.  #LI-REMOTE
