Your Role

As a Product Manager at Anecdotes, you'll play a central role in driving our product initiatives forward. You'll collaborate closely with senior product managers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver features that directly impact our customers and business growth.

You'll work on the Anecdotes Data Engine, driving end-to-end data flows that collect, transform, and leverage information to power anecdotes' platform and integrations. This is an opportunity to own meaningful product work while learning from a highly experienced product team.

What you'll do:

• Product Discovery & Research: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and track competitor trends to guide product strategy and priorities.
• Roadmap Ownership: Translate product strategy into clear requirements, drive execution, and follow through on deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers and designers to transform business needs into technical solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Participate in customer calls and work with Customer Success and Sales to understand customer challenges, validate solutions, and identify opportunities.
• Product Communication: Create clear and concise product documentation, feature briefs, and internal updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Continuous Improvement: Measure product performance, analyze feedback, and propose improvements that make a tangible impact.

We're seeking someone who already has a foundation in product management and is ready to step up - someone who can own product areas with guidance, engage directly with customers, and partner effectively with R&D to deliver value.

At the heart of our mission is the belief that credible, visible, and actionable data should empower every GRC team's decision-making. Imagine a world where enterprises seamlessly collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more. We bring that vision to life, providing continuous, real-time visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

• Have 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager (or in a similar role driving product execution).
• Bring prior experience in analytics, customer-facing roles, or software development, giving you strong empathy for users and technical problem-solving.
• Have experience working on B2B complex products - ideally in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or software development is a plus.
• Curious and analytical, always asking "why" and digging into data to uncover insights.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and prioritization skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken.
