The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nourish company's software QA flows, practices and standards
  • Identify potential risks, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
  • Lead QA for our mobile app development (iOS, Android)
  • Plan, analyze, and improve QA flows
  • Perform manual and automated QA
  • Lead and innovate in QA – the sky is the limit
  • Plan and perform system performance validation activities
  • Tech growth opportunity in agile, growing company

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in industry
  • Experience with software QA flows, documentation and frameworks
  • Make-stuff-happen mentality
  • Ability to self-educate
  • Advantage – experience with mobile development
