Description

Aqua Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key platform experiences across our cloud-native security suite. This role focuses on building shared capabilities used across Aqua's products, including onboarding, admin, cross-product UX, analytics, and risk insights.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to define and deliver a unified platform vision that empowers both our customers and internal product groups. Responsibilities

  • Own the platform experience – Build and evolve cross-product capabilities like onboarding, administration, insights, and risk operationalization.
  • Drive the roadmap – Define strategy and priorities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring consistent, scalable solutions.
  • Act as a platform enabler – Support internal product teams by treating them as key stakeholders in your roadmap.
  • Collaborate broadly – Partner with engineering, design, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Measure and improve – Use data and feedback to continuously refine the platform and enhance user experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management for B2B software or cloud platforms
  • Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering on architecture and performance topics
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align across product teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into product insights and decisions
  • Proven track record delivering software products/services to market
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Excellent communication skills and a user-centered mindset
  • Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic
  • Great listener – deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
  • Experience in Platform / Infrastructure / Development – strong advantage
  • Strong security and cloud background – advantage
  • Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance cloud services – advantage
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; MBA – advantage
