תחילת עבודה: מיידי , בכפוף לאישור ביטחוני ומילוי טופסי קליטה.

תקופת העסקה: כשלושה חודשים עם אופציה להארכה.

  • אחריות על פעילות המשרד לרישום מקרקעין באיזור איו"ש ואחריות על עובדי לשכת הרישום המקומיים.
  • קביעת חלוקת העבודה ואחריות על קבלת הקהל במקום. תיאום עם גורמי המנהל האזרחי שבמת"ק כגון: משרדי המת"ק וגורמים צבאיים, אפוטרופוס, ותכנון, ומדידות.
  • העברת מידע לקמ"ט המקרקעין ודיווח על הפעולות בהתאם להנחיות וההוראות.
  • בדיקת הבקשות לרישיון לביצוע עסקאות מקרקעין לפי החוק והדין הנהוג באיו"ש.
  • מתן מענה לעורכי הדין הפונים בנוגע לפעולות רישום העסקאות.
  • מוסמך להוציא רישיונות לעסקאות מקרקעין עליהם ניתנה לו הסמכה מראש.
  • העברת היתרים בצירוף הסברים למשרד קמ"ט מקרקעין.
  • עריכת ביקורות מדגמיות של תיקי הרישום ובפרט הערכות הקרקע, טיפול ברישום עיסקאות של גורמים ישראליים.
  • ביצוע מטלות נוספות בהתאם להוראות הממונה.

דרישות התפקיד

השכלה:

  • השכלה תיכונית 12 שנות לימוד).

ניסיון:

  • ניסיון בתחום העיסוק של המשרה כפי שמתואר בפירוט המטלות בתיאור התפקיד או בתחומים שבהם קיימת זיקה למטלות אלה:
  • לבעלי השכלה תיכונית (12 שנ"ל)- 3 שנות ניסיון.
  • לבעלי השכלה תיכונית שנ"ל)- 2 שנות ניסיון.
  • לבעלי השכלה אקדמית (תואר ראשון) או בעלי תעודת הנדסאי מוסמך או טכנאי.
  • מוסמך- שנה ניסיון.
  • לבעלי תואר שני- לא נדרש ניסיון קודם.

דרישות רצויות:

  • יחסי אנוש טובים, שירותיות, יכולת עבודה עצמאית.
  • יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת, כושר הבעה בכתב ובעל-פה ברמה גבוהה, יכולת חשיבה עצמאית וכושר הנעה.
  • ידיעת השפה ערבית- קריאה וכתיבה (שליטה מלאה).
