We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist / Buyer to join our production facility in Bnei Brak. This role is responsible for managing the purchasing process from end-to-end, ensuring materials and services are sourced on time, at the right quality, and at the best cost. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations while driving cost efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Procurement – Manage local and international procurement, including issuing purchase orders, negotiating terms, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers; maintain long-term, cost-effective, and quality-driven supplier relationships.
• Cost Optimization – Conduct market research, analyze pricing trends, and negotiate contracts to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Logistics & Customs – Coordinate international shipments, manage customs clearance, and work with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Quality Control – Verify incoming shipments, ensure documentation accuracy, and perform basic quality checks to meet internal and customer requirements.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, conduct monthly counts, and maintain accurate data in Priority ERP to support production and warehouse teams.
• Supplier Performance Tracking – Monitor supplier KPIs such as lead times, quality consistency, and service responsiveness; escalate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement – Recommend and implement improvements in procurement and supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with operations, production, and finance teams to align procurement needs with business priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a buyer, procurement specialist, or in supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, vendor sourcing, and logistics coordination
• Experience with international trade, shipping terms (Incoterms), and customs processes
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written); Hebrew proficiency also required
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Full-time, on-site presence at our Bnei Brak facility (1-day hybrid option after 90 days for strong performers)

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

• ניהול רכש מקצה לקצה – ניהול רכש מקומי ובינלאומי, כולל הפקת הזמנות רכש, ניהול משא ומתן עם ספקים, והבטחת אספקה בזמן.
• ניהול ספקים – איתור, הערכה ופיתוח ספקים חדשים; שמירה על קשרים ארוכי טווח המבוססים על עלות-תועלת ואיכות גבוהה.
• אופטימיזציית עלויות – ביצוע מחקרי שוק, ניתוח מגמות מחירים, וניהול משא ומתן על חוזים לשיפור העלויות מבלי לפגוע באיכות.
• לוגיסטיקה ומכס – תיאום משלוחים בינלאומיים, ניהול תהליכי שחרור ממכס ועבודה מול משלחים להבטחת אספקה יעילה וחסכונית.
• בקרת איכות – בדיקת משלוחים נכנסים, אימות מסמכים וביצוע בדיקות איכות בסיסיות בהתאם לדרישות החברה והלקוחות.
• ניהול מלאי – מעקב אחר רמות מלאי, ביצוע ספירות חודשיות ועדכון נתונים במערכת Priority ERP לצורך תמיכה בייצור ובמחסן.
• מעקב ביצועי ספקים – ניטור מדדי ביצוע (KPIs) של ספקים כמו זמני אספקה, איכות ושירות; טיפול בבעיות ויישום פעולות מתקנות.
• שיפור תהליכים – הצעת שיפורים בתהליכי רכש ושרשרת אספקה להגברת היעילות והפחתת עלויות.
• עבודה חוצת ממשקים – שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות התפעול, הייצור והכספים להתאמת הצרכים העסקיים.

דרישות

• ניסיון של מינימום שנתיים בתפקיד קניין, מומחה רכש או ניהול שרשרת אספקה
• ידע חזק בתהליכי רכש, ניהול ספקים ותיאום לוגיסטי
• ניסיון במסחר בינלאומי, תנאי סחר (Incoterms) ותהליכי מכס
• שליטה גבוהה באנגלית (דיבור וכתיבה); נדרשת גם שליטה בעברית
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP (עדיפות ל-Priority)
• כישורי ניהול מו"מ, תקשורת וארגון ברמה גבוהה
• יכולת להתמודד עם ריבוי משימות בסביבה דינמית ותובענית תוך הקפדה על פרטים
• משרה מלאה, נוכחות באתר בבני ברק (אפשרות ליום עבודה מהבית אחד בשבוע לאחר 90 ימי ניסיון לעובדים מתאימים)
