high-performing HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our People team for a
maternity leave replacement
.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves owning processes end-to-end, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both people and culture. You'll report directly to our
Head of People & Organizational Operations
and take key responsibility for recruitment, employee experience, and day-to-day people operations.
Location:
Tel Aviv - Hybrid
What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition (Full Cycle):
- Support the entire recruitment process, from defining roles with managers to sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and innovative recruiting strategies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination, timely feedback, and an exceptional experience for both candidates and managers.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Support smooth and thoughtful onboarding experiences to set new hires up for success.
- Support offboarding processes with empathy and ensure exit feedback is effectively captured and analyzed.
Culture & Employee Experience:
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
- Plan and execute
team-building events, social activities, and wellbeing initiatives
. - Collaborate the Head of People in building our employer brand to attract the best in the market.
Office Operations & Management:
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and feels welcoming, organized, and productive.
- Manage day-to-day logistics, operations, and vendor coordination as needed.
Strategic HR Projects:
- Partner with the Head of People on projects such as career path frameworks, upgrading HR processes, and implementing new tools.
- Conduct
market intelligence and HR trend research
to support strategic decisions. - Bring your voice, perspective, and energy to initiatives shaping our organizational culture and employee experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, preferably in a startup environment or high-tech company.
- Proven track record running
multiple end-to-end recruitments
in competitive markets. - Outstanding
interpersonal skills
and the ability to build trust quickly. - excellent communication skills in
Hebrew & English
—both written and verbal. - A passion for creating a positive and supportive experience for candidates and employees alike.
- A self-learner who's proactive, creative, and thrives in a team environment.
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Full-time availability for
6–12 months
(maternity leave replacement).
