We are looking for a results-driven
Head of In-App & Growth Partnerships
to drive client acquisition through strategic partnerships and affiliate channels. The ideal candidate will manage partner relationships, optimize partner-driven traffic, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and long-term growth.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

· Lead in-app partner acquisition strategy, driving client acquisition through affiliates and mobile-focused partners.

· Develop partner growth strategies, including incentive programs, campaign structures, and performance tiers tailored for mobile-driven partners.

· Oversee partner tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention through appropriate platforms.

· Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and fraud metrics and provide regular reviews.

· Represent the company at industry events and conferences to attract and recruit new partners.

· Ensure partner-driven traffic meets Company's compliance and quality standards.

Main requirements:

· University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or mobile acquisition marketing, ideally in fintech, mobile apps, or trading.

· Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams and managing partner portfolios.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention tools.

· Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to partner acquisition and optimization.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Knowledge of mobile marketing, app growth, and performance-based partnerships.
