Quality Engineer – Hydraulics

We're looking for a Quality Engineer – Hydraulics to join our advanced production technologies team and support high-end manufacturing and development projects in the aerospace industry.

The Position includes:

  • Failure analysis, root cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions
  • Customer complaint analysis and quality reporting
  • Participation in MRB review boards
  • Development of organizational processes to support and improve quality workflows
  • Cross-functional work with procurement, engineering, production lines, assembly, and the Civil Aviation Authority
  • Quality support for production lines, including preparation of FAI reports, product audits, and quality system documentation
  • Work in a cutting-edge engineering environment, supporting both manufacturing lines and innovative R&D programs

What we're looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering – mandatory
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings – mandatory
  • Strong command of English (written, spoken, and reading) – mandatory
  • Experience in production or maintenance environments – strong advantage
  • Experience in quality assurance – advantage
  • Familiarity with CMM systems – significant advantage
  • Knowledge of NX/CATIA software – significant advantage
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards – advantage
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry – advantage
  • CQE or certified quality engineer (Israeli Society for Quality) – advantage
