We are looking for a hands-on, analytical Digital Growth Manager to build and scale Avenews' digital acquisition engine. This is our first in-house digital growth hire, ideal for a versatile mid-level marketer who is ready to take ownership and grow into a more senior position over time.
You will focus solely on digital-originating leads, managing digital channels end-to-end, optimizing the digital application experience in collaboration with Product, and building a high-performing digital acquisition foundation for the company.

Who You Are
● 5–8 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
● Versatile, curious, and excited to build Avenews' digital growth engine from scratch.
● Hands-on and skilled at running campaigns end-to-end.
● Strong analytical mindset and confident in using analytics tools to make decisions.
● Experienced in funnel analysis, experimentation, and optimizing digital journeys.
● Ready for the next leap in your career and eager to take on real ownership.
Nice to Have
● Experience in fintech and/or credit products.
● Experience in SME acquisition.
● Experience working with African or emerging markets (Kenya is a strong advantage).
