התפקיד כולל:

ניהול ובקרת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים במערכות ה-SAP.

הבנה מעמיקה בתחום ניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגים, ניתוח תהליכי עבודה, שיפור תהליכים, עבודה מטריציונית מול מס' רב של גורמים (מיישמים, לקוחות, דרג ניהולי, ספקים חיצוניים), ניהול מספר משימות במקביל, יכולת עבודה עצמאית, וניהול סיכונים בפרוייקט. ניתוח מידע ואיתור תובנות ומגמות.

גיבוש תוכניות עבודה, ניהול גנט ומשימות, בקרה על התקדמות הפרוייקטים והצגת פרוייקטים להנהלה, עמידה בלו"ז ויעדי הפרוייקט משלב הייזום ועד שלב המסירה ללקוח, היכרות מערכות מידע ERP / SAP / SRM, בניית מסמכי דרישות ברמה גבוה לתהליכים חדשים, שושים ודוחות.

יכולת ארגון גבוהה וירידה לפרטים

יכולת תקשורת בינאישית מצוינת

יכולת הובלה והשפעה

חשיבה אנליטית ופתרון בעיות

ניהול זמן, עצמאות ודחיפה קדימה של תהליכים

ניידות - נכונות להגיע באופן עצמאי להר חוצבים או בית שמש תדירות של פעם בשבוע (לא נדרש רכב)

תנאי סף/השכלה:

בעל תואר בהנדסת תעשיה וניהול או תואר במערכות מידע או תואר אחר עם קורסים מצטברים של ניהול וניתוח מערכות בהיקף של 300 שעות

בוגר יחידה טכנולוגית בצה"ל (ממר"ם, 8200, תקשוב ויחידות מקבילות) ו/או ברא"ם ובלבד שעסק בתחום הטכנולוגי בכפוף לאישור מתאים.

ניסיון נדרש: ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בתחום ניהול ובקרת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים.
