We are growing quickly and investing heavily in our internal systems to support a high-performing engineering and product organization.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support the company's internal IT operations and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of our technical environment. This role combines hands-on ownership of office and employee IT with exposure to infrastructure service reliability and operational systems used across the company.The position is well suited for a technically capable individual with strong initiative and the ability to grow into broader infrastructure and operational responsibilities over time.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal IT Operations:Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure including network connectivity, WiFi, meeting room technology, and end-user equipmentConfigure, deploy, and maintain laptops and workstations for employeesInstall, configure, and support operating systems, development tools, and company softwareAdminister device management, identity, and access tools such as JumpCloud or similar platformsManage licenses for development tools and company-wide software solutionsProvide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurationsInfrastructure and Operations Support:Support internal systems and infrastructure under guidance from senior team membersAssist with environment setup, access management, and operational toolingContribute to automation, monitoring, and system reliability initiatives as skills developTake ownership of defined operational tasks and improvements over timeQualificationsOne to three years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical roleStrong working knowledge of computers, operating systems, and basic networking conceptsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate when appropriateDemonstrated initiative, ownership, and problem-solving skillsClear communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetFormal degree is not required.
