כ-PMO בארגון, תהווה אינטגרטור מרכזי בין התחום העסקי לטכנולוגי.

התפקיד כולל ליווי פרויקטים מקצה לקצה - משלב זיהוי הצורך והגדרתו, דרך ניהול ובקרה, ועד להטמעה מלאה בשטח.

זהו תפקיד המשלב ראייה מערכתית רחבה עם יכולת ירידה לפרטים הקטנים ביותר.

-הובלה והטמעה של מתודולוגיות עבודה בפרויקטים אסטרטגיים חוצי ארגון

-סנכרון בין היחידות העסקיות לטכנולוגיות, תוך הנגשת פתרונות דיגיטליים לצרכים עסקיים

-בנייה ומעקב אחר תוכניות עבודה, ניהול תקציבים, עמידה בלוחות זמנים וניהול סיכונים

-עבודה צמודה עם ה-COO, יצירת דוחות סטטוס וניתוח נתונים להצגה בפני הנהלה בכירה

-זיהוי חסמים תפעוליים, ייזום פתרונות ייעול והטמעת כלי בקרת דיגיטציה ו-KPIs

דרישות תפקיד:

-תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול / מערכות מידע / מנהל עסקים / כלכלה (תואר שני - יתרון)

-ניסיון של 3-5 שנים בניהול פרויקטים מורכבים -
חובה

-רקע מעולמות הבנקאות, הפיננסים או הדואר – יתרון משמעותי

-הבנה מעמיקה בממשקי עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח, IT ודיגיטל

-שליטה במתודולוגיות Agile ו-Waterfall

-אוריינות טכנולוגית גבוהה: שליטה מלאה באקסל, היכרות עם MONDAY (יתרון)

-יכולת אנליטית גבוהה, ראייה מערכתית ויכולת הנעת אנשים בסביבה מטריציונית ודינמית
