Tadbik Automation is seeking a
driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer
to join our growing team.

This role suits someone who excels at understanding customer needs, shaping technical solutions, and leading meaningful sales processes in industrial environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes for industrial automation solutions and tailored automation projects.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose professional, value-based technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and on-site evaluations.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with customers in various industries.
  • Prepare commercial offers, technical scopes, and project quotations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Represent Tadbik Automation in customer meetings, exhibitions, and professional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering – advantage).
  • 3+ years' experience
    in technical sales, automation systems, robotics, machinery, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong technical orientation and ability to understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • High level of English
    – mandatory.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and strong ownership.
