We are a successful communications company located in Central Israel, and we're looking for a
motivated and tech-savvy student
to join our
NOC (Network Operations Center)
team

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and controlling IT systems, servers, and network environments.
  • Working in a dynamic 24/7 shift environment (including weekends and holidays).
  • Providing real-time support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Supporting both internal and international clients.
  • Handling complex technical incidents and ensuring reliable solutions.

Role Description:

  • Reporting directly to the Systems and Technical Support Manager.
  • Being part of a fast-paced, real-time support team.
  • Collaborating with users and clients both in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technical support / Help Desk –
    required
  • Background in IT infrastructure, server setup, and diverse work environments –
    an advantage
  • Familiarity with operating systems: Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Linux –
    an advantage
  • High level of English –
    required
    (additional languages – a plus)
  • Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts (including weekends) –
    required
  • Currently studying toward a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar (1st or 2nd year)
  • Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and excellent interpersonal communication
  • Willingness to commit for at least
    one year
