AI-Ops Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for an
AI-Ops Team Member
to join an innovative technology team responsible for managing, operating, and optimizing the organization's AI infrastructure.

This role combines hands-on work with cloud environments, DevOps, and machine learning systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across both on-premise and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate AI and ML infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain advanced tools and platforms (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, GPU orchestration).
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and automation processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Infrastructure as Code).
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and similar tools.
  • Manage access control, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with platform, security, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure or DevOps operations.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably
    Azure
    , also AWS or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Experience with GPU-based workloads and AI/ML systems – an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.

  • Experience with vector databases or advanced AI data solutions.
  • Cloud or Kubernetes professional certifications.
