Through our innovative platform and battery-less BLE tags, we turn passive items into smart data communicators—bridging the gap between the physical and digital realms of retail. Our mission is to unlock real-time analytics, elevate the customer experience, and drive data-led decision-making in-store.

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Mobile Team Lead to join our dynamic R&D team. This role is ideal for hands-on team leads or senior software engineers ready to take their first step into a leadership position.

You'll be responsible for building scalable systems, leading projects end to end, and mentoring developers in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

Responsibilities

●     Lead and mentor a team of Mobile and Backend developers through planning, implementation, and delivery of complex features and services.

●     Develop dynamic and performance cross platform applications using Flutter, ensuring responsiveness and pixel perfect UI.

●     Design and architect robust backend systems and APIs using Go and Python, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

●     Drive technical innovation by introducing best practices, processes, and modern development tools.

●     Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Platform, and Design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

●     Lead code reviews, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and continuously improve code quality and team productivity.

●     Stay up to date with evolving technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

● years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong cross-platform skills in Flutter or similar.

●     Understanding of latest mobile trends, and creation of engaging user interfaces

●     Backend experience with expertise in languages like Python or Go.

●     Proven experience leading technical teams or projects, ideally in startup or agile environments.

●     Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

●     Proficient in working with database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

●     Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

●     Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

●     Front-end development experience with Angular and modern web technologies, Advantage.

●     Experience in the IoT or retail tech space, Advantage.

●     Background in big data or analytics platforms, Advantage.
