The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Assistant Controller
to join our growing finance team at Pomvom. We are a
publicly listed company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE)
, operating across multiple regions.

In this role, you will support financial reporting, analysis, and operational accounting processes. You will report directly to the
Director of Finance
and collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK, US, and Japan to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Audit Coordination:
    Liaise with external auditors, prepare supporting documentation, and respond to audit inquiries to ensure timely completion.
  • Compliance & Regulation:
    Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial disclosure requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control across financial operations.
  • Business Partnership:
    Act as a finance partner to other departments (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Corporate), participating in cross-functional projects and supporting financial insights.
  • Ad Hoc Projects:
    Contribute accounting and finance-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification
    – A must.
  • At least 2 years of experience post-internship
    – A must.
  • BIG 4 background.
  • Experience working in a
    global environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel
    and
    Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (written and verbal).
  • Strong sense of
    ownership
    , organization, and
    attention to detail
    .
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a
    fast-paced, dynamic environment
    .
