Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data team in Tel Aviv.What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the optimization of technologies that are the foundation components of our data platform
• Work closely with engineering and product team in the design and implementation of data-driven algorithms that enhance the performance of our system
• Work with large-scale data and support scientific experiments to improve and validate the algorithm performance
• Own end-to-end workflows—from conducting exploratory research and building and validating machine learning models to deploying production-ready solutions and monitoring performance in real-world environments.
• Developing and using machine-learning techniques, visualizations, and statistical analysis to gain insight into various data sets – some of which are readily available, and some of which we create and curate ourselves
• Help guide teams in researching, designing, simulating, and/or prototyping new algorithmic product features according to business needs

What will I bring?

• Master/Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in data science, statistics, machine learning, mathematical optimization or predictive modeling
• Proven coding experience
• Understanding of programming concepts and deploying data science solutions
• Experience with big data modeling work (e.g. Spark)
• Communicate concisely and persuasively with engineers and product managers
