About the role
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. You will work closely with our VP Sales to develop and implement strategies that showcase the value of our AI platform to prospective clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation in the call center industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the call center industry.
- End-to-end ownership of the sales process and pipeline, from lead generation, through deal management, technical coordination, to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
- Deliver product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our AI platform.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or account executive role.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS products.
- International sales experience - advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Technical proficiency and/or demonstrate the capacity to acquire new technical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Understanding of AI and its applications in the call center industry is a plus.
- High proficiency in both English and Hebrew – fluent spoken and written communication.
