We are looking for a skilled and experienced and proactive
Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist*
to join a dynamic and growing industrial organization. This role involves full responsibility for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, communication systems, and cybersecurity, both locally and across global subsidiaries.

A full time, on site position, based in North Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: servers, networks (LAN/WAN), wired and wireless communication, storage, and backup systems.
  • Administer Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
  • Operate and maintain virtualization environments (VMware) and cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols (Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Backup).
  • Provide ongoing technical support to internal users and global subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role, preferably in an industrial or large-scale organization.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Switches).
  • Strong experience with VMware and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
  • High-level English – spoken and written.

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Priority.
  • Experience with MES/SCADA systems for production floor management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA).
  • Strong organizational skills, high service orientation, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
