Our Data Engineering team plays a critical role in powering the business with reliable, scalable, and efficient data solutions. We're looking for a motivated Data Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving complex problems. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to design and support production data systems, enabling data-driven decisions at scale. What you will be doing:

  • Develop and optimize real-time data streaming pipelines to improve internal data flow
  • Maintain production data systems to ensure performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business-aligned data solutions
  • Enhance data processing frameworks using technologies such as Apache Flink, Spark, or Beam
  • Use programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala to deliver scalable data solutions
  • Apply orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Luigi to manage and schedule pipelines

Who we are looking for:

  • Background in data engineering or a related field with a strong technical foundation
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
  • Basic understanding of data processing frameworks like Apache Flink, Spark, or Beam
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Familiarity with SQL and database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Luigi and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
