תיאור התפקיד:

  • ניהול שוטף של הנהלת חשבונות: ספקים, לקוחות, התאמות בנקים ואשראי.
  • הכנת פקודות יומן, ניהול לו״זים לסגירת חודש/שנה (הפרשות, פחת, שחלופים).
  • פיקוח על תהליכי שכר.
  • דיווחים לרשויות: מע״מ, ניכויים, ביטוח לאומי.
  • בקרה על הדוחות הכספיים: מאזן, רווח והפסד.
  • ייעול תהליכים וסיוע בהטמעת מערכות ותהליכים פיננסים.
  • עבודה על מערכת Workday.
  • הובלת תהליך הביקורות ועבודה מול הרו"ח החיצוניים וגורמים פנים ארגוניים.

דרישות:

  • תעודת הנה"ח סוג 3 – חובה
  • ניסיון של לפחות 10 שנים בתחום, כולל עד מאזן – חובה
  • ניסיון מחברת הייטק – חובה
  • שליטה גבוהה באקסל ואנגלית שוטפת (שיחה והתכתבות) – חובה
  • ידע מעמיק בעולמות שכר ורגולציה מקומית (מע"מ, ביטוח לאומי, ניכויים).
  • ניסיון על מערכת SAP / Workday / NetSuite / חשבית – יתרון.
  • יחסי אנוש מעולים, כישורי תקשורת מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות.
