Senior Bookkeeper

We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in a growing hi-tech public company

Job Summary:

As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks. The work is a hybrid position one, in the Company facilities which are located in Tel Aviv, offering excellent conditions and horizon, and the an opportunity to work at the highest professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly closing, including posting and reconciliations of suppliers, customers, bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany transactions. Working in multi-currency environment.

• Setting up weekly recurring bank payments to vendors and service providers.

• Payroll preparation (currently 10 employees) using Hilan.

• reporting and submission monthly reports to the authorities. (VAT, withholding tax).

• Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a quarterly basis.

• Part of the Company's accounting team reporting to the Company's Director of Finance.

• working on NetSuite.

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper - Minimum level 2.

• 5 years of proven bookkeeping experience in a high tech company.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using Hilan software is mandatory

• Good level of English language skills (reading and writing).

• High level of accuracy and attention to details.

• Ability to work according to timeliness and responsibly.

• Ability to work as a team player

Location:

Tel Aviv, within a 10-minute walking from train station. Hybrid position.
