האנליסט/ית י/תהיה אחראי/ת על שליפות מידע מתוך מחסן הנתונים עבור האנליסטים והמשתמשים השונים מכלל החטיבות בארגון (רפואה, תפעול, כספים, שירות/שיווק) וכן עבור ההנהלה הבכירים במטה. בנוסף, י/תהיה אחראי/ת על ניתוח ופיתוח תהליכי ETL.

העובד/ת י/תהווה אוטוריטה מקצועית בעולמות הדאטה אנליטיקס בארגון.

תחומי אחריות:

  • מתן שירותי מידע – מענה לשאלות בנושא כריית מידע ממחסן הנתונים
  • הגדרת דרישות עסקיות ו kpi's-מול לקוחות והפקת מידע מתאים מתוך הבנה עמוקה של התהליכים העסקיים בארגון, וכן ראייה רחבה לצורך מענה מיטבי ומדויק.
  • תמיכה בשאלות אנליסטים ורכזי מידע במחוזות.
  • יישום והטמעת מתודולוגיות עבודה ובקרה על שלמות המידע.
  • יישום ופיתוח דו"חות ו-ETL בכלי SSBI – Excel services, Qlik Sense ,PBI.
  • ניתוח תהליכי BI כתמיכה לפניות בנושא תקלות.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • השכלה אקדמאית במדעי המחשב/בהנדסת תוכנ/הנדסת תעו"נ/מתמטיקה/הנדסאי תוכנה – חובה.
  • ניסיון של 3 שנים כדאטה אנליסט, ביזנס אנליסט או פרודקט אנליסט בדגש על רקע טכנולוגי- חובה.
  • היכרות עם סביבות עבודה טכנולוגיות וניסיון בניהול פרויקטים- חובה
  • ידע וניסיון מוכח ב- SQL ברמה גבוהה (כולל שאילתות מורכבות, פונקציות שונות) – חובה.
  • ידע וניסיון מוכח ב-Excel ברמה גבוהה (VLOOKUP, נוסחאות מורכבות וכו') – חובה.
  • הכרות עם כלי תחקור שונים (Power BI, Qlik וכו') – חובה.
  • ידע וניסיון ב-Python – יתרון משמעותי.
