The Opportunity

VP of R&D and Co-Founder

You will be partnering with a
serial entrepreneur
with over 20 years of leadership in the Israeli tech ecosystem. Our founder is an

, and has a proven track record of raising millions in VC funding and generating millions in global sales. This is a rare chance to build a company from the ground up alongside a seasoned, successful leader.

The Role: Strategic Leadership + Hands-on Execution

As the first technical hire and Co-Founder, you won't just be managing—you will be building. This is a
hands-on, Full Stack position
where you will architect the system and code the initial versions of our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI Agent Development:
    Architect and implement autonomous AI agents and LLM-based workflows tailored for business efficiency.
  • Full Stack Development:
    Build the end-to-end MVP, from robust backend infrastructure to a seamless frontend experience.
  • Technical Strategy:
    Define the company's tech stack, research roadmap, and long-term architectural vision.
  • Product Ownership:
    Work directly with the founder to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Scale the Team:
    Post-funding, you will lead the recruitment and management of an elite engineering team.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Full Stack Mastery:
    Expert-level coding skills in modern stacks (e.g., Python, , React/Vue, and Cloud Infrastructure). You should be comfortable building a product from scratch.
  • AI Agent Expertise:
    Direct experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and specifically
    developing autonomous AI agents
    or agentic workflows.
  • Proven Leadership:
    Experience in a senior R&D role (Lead, CTO, or VP R&D) within a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA:
    You are a problem-solver who thrives in the "chaos" of a pre-funded startup. Previous experience as a founder or early employee is a major plus.
  • Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (ex-8200 or similar elite unit experience is highly valued).
