Job Description

As Head of Product, you'll be a technical product leader shaping Hopp's future and challenging industry norms. You'll own product vision, strategy, and execution in close partnership with Hopp leadership, while diving deep into new markets, obsessing over user needs, and building products that make the status quo obsolete. On your day-to-day, you'll: 

  • Lead the product management process, collaborating with the management team to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hopp
  • Drive market research efforts, exploring new and emerging markets to identify opportunities
  • Conduct and oversee user research (interviews, analytics, A/B tests, usability studies) to turn insights into actionable plans, and establish and monitor product metrics to measure success and guide decision-making 
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team to align product features and releases with go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with engineering and design to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions
  • Embrace and drive AI-powered product innovation-rethinking traditional development cycles and user experiences
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Strong technical background- able to discuss architecture, APIs, and AI capabilities with engineering
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated success in entering new markets and translating insights into impactful product strategies
  • Hands-on research experience- comfortable interviewing users, analyzing behavioral data, and synthesizing findings
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing and growth teams to ensure product-market fit and effective launches
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, technically strong leadership environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure and handle ambiguity
