About the Role

We are seeking a 
Project Manager Assistant
 to support our project management team in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. Success in this role means being highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate project needs before they arise. You will be the backbone of project coordination, helping to keep everything on track while working closely with teams across the organization.

Projects stay on schedule and within budget

Clear, efficient communication between stakeholders

Proactive problem-solving to mitigate risks before they impact progress

Well-organized documentation and reporting to support decision-making

Strong collaboration with the team members

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking


Coordinate communication
between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

Prepare
reports, presentations, and project documentation
for management and clients

Monitor
timelines, deadlines, and key deliverables
, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Help identify
risks and challenges
, assisting in problem-solving and mitigation strategies

Ensure project expenses stay within budget by tracking costs and reporting variances

Support the project team in
documenting requirements and updating workflows

Qualifications & Skills


Excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in
project coordination, administration, or related fields
(preferred but not required)

Proficiency in
project management tools
(Priority, )

Ability to
analyze data, prepare reports, and assist in decision-making

A proactive mindset with
problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Comfortable working in
fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
