All the teammates have substantial engineering experience in the chip industry. Being extremely hands-on, they also provide services of training, system bring-on, and various integration tasks.Wireless System Application Engineer Support Team is responsible for technical interactions with existing and potential customers from all over the world, on various design matters that may arise, focusing on the RF communication aspects. This includes items such as RF performance analysis, reproduction, and debugging of customer RF issues.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers and partners (remotely and on-site)Handling issues reported by customers and driving to resolutionHands-on troubleshooting of RF System issues in the labDrive cross-company activities such as complex issue investigations and customer design reviewsReport to Applications Support Team LeaderRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience with one or more of the following technologies: WiFi, LTE, BluetoothFamiliarity with MAC, PHY, and RF subsystemsFamiliarity with RF test equipment such as VSA, VSG, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers etc.Experience working with Linux OSAbility to read PCB SchematicsHands-on experience investigating complicated SW/HW/System issuesStrong interpersonal skills and high customer service orientationStrong communication skills, oral and written, fluent EnglishWillingness to travel abroad (US-EU-APAC)AdvantageExperience as FAE/Customer SupportExperience in HW design and troubleshootingExperience in the Automotive industryMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
