is looking for a motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team

This is a hands-on role providing on-site technical support, perfect for a professional with 1-3 years of experience who wants to work in a dynamic environment.

Location & Mobility (Important):

  • Primary Work Site:
    Modi'in (Daily).
  • Additional Sites:
    Occasional travel to our Jerusalem office and client sites in Tzur Hadassah is required.
  • Residency:
    Candidates must reside in the Jerusalem, Mevaseret Zion, Tzur Hadassah, or Modi'in area to ensure a reasonable commute to all sites.

What you will do:

  • Provide on-site technical support for end-users (Tier 1-2).
  • End-to-end management of user identities, endpoint security, and access control in a hybrid environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals).
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.

Requirements (Must Have):

  • Experience:
    1-3 years of proven experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
  • OS:
    Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
  • English:
    Good level of English (Verbal & Written) – conversational ability is required.
  • Driver's License:
    Valid driver's license (Must).
  • Independence:
    Ability to solve problems autonomously and learn new technologies quickly.

Advantages:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) management.
  • Experience with Office 365 environment.
  • Relevant technical certification (MCSA / CCNA or similar).

Salary:
9, ,000 NIS (Gross), depending on experience.
