Manager Operations, Debit Memo Audit & Reconciliation (Hybrid)

The Manager of Debit Memo Audit & Reconciliation is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Debit Memo team. This includes operational performance, procedural adherence, employee management and retention.

This challenging position demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of travel industry GDS systems and airline fare filing, booking & ticketing processes. The role requires a strong understanding of IATA, ARC & BSP procedures related to debit memos, credit memos & commission recalls in addition to strong logic and leadership skills.

As Manager Operations, Memo Audit & Reconciliation, you will

• Be responsible for the daily operations of our team, supported by and reporting into the Operations Director
• Review operational performance and provide direction to improve productivity and performance
• Coach and develop your team to deliver Operational Excellence
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager, the client, and the operational team
• Oversee and assist the team members in balancing priorities and managing their workload
• Be involved in the hiring, selection, and training of new colleagues

• Highly motivated, analytical and a strategic thinker
• Extensive operational management experience in the corporate travel management industry
• A passion for leading & developing successful teams
• Ability to drive continuous improvement across your team
• Sabre GDS skills preferred
• Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Operations is between $55,000 and $81,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
