ELTA Software Division is looking for a System Engineer for a cross-functional and challenging role that supports system engineering methodologies and infrastructure across the entire organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Implementing, establishing, integrating, and supporting system engineering tools, methodologies, and infrastructure.
  • Managing engineering requirements and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes within the organization.
  • Working with over 1,000 engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Operating in a broad, dynamic role that requires familiarity with various work environments.
  • Engaging in self-learning and gaining expertise in requirement management tools and their integration with ALM processes.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves
  • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in development and requirement management for multidisciplinary systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in system engineering or integration of multidisciplinary systems.
  • Familiarity with requirement management tools (e.g., Team Center RM, JAMA, DOORS, Dimensions RM, Polarion).
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Quality Center).
  • Experience with task management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of software development processes.
  • Experience in software infrastructure tool implementation.
  • Scripting experience.
  • Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking).
